1 cup self raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup milk
Dice the apple and pear into small cubes.
Mix them with the flour, sugar and coconut, and stir well.
Add the milk and a pinch of salt, then stir again until evenly mixed.
Bake for 40 minutes at 160º C.
