The “4-2-4” method of washing is called two-stage cleansing. First spend four minutes applying hydrophilic oil, then two minutes using a cleansing cream, and finish by rinsing the face with water for four minutes.

Turn products into a foam
Before applying products directly to the surface of the face, use specially designed net bags to turn them into a foam. Then apply the foam gently to the face.
Exfoliating and masks
For exfoliation, mix 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and one tablespoon of sandalwood powder. Dip half a sliced tomato in the mixture, and gently scrub your skin with it for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze the tomato to apply the juice, then rinse your face with water.
To prepare a skin whitening mask, grate a potato and strain out the juice. Mix 4 teaspoons of potato juice with 2 teaspoons of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply a thick layer of the mask on your skin and leave it for about 30-40 minutes. Then gently massage for 2-5 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
