    The “4-2-4” method

The “4-2-4” method of washing is called two-stage cleansing. First spend four minutes applying hydrophilic oil, then two minutes using a cleansing cream, and finish by rinsing the face with water for four minutes.

    Konjac sponge

This is a sponge made from the roots of the konjac plant. Before using it, soak it in warm water for a few minutes to soften it. Wring it out slightly, and clean your face in circular motions, starting from the forehead and moving down to the chin.

    Intensive care

Give your face intensive care once a week with serums, emulsions, and essences. Some Asian women use as many as 17 products to look after their facial skin.

Apply the products with light texture first, then the heavier ones, and finally the thickest creams and emulsions. This helps your skin absorb the maximum amount of restorative ingredients in the products.

    UV Rays

Protect your skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays all year round. UV rays can harm us even in overcast days. SPF products protect your skin from the aging effects of sunlight.

    Rice water

Regularly washing your face with rice water will make the skin soft, and improve its colour and tone. It can also be used as a conditioner after shampooing.

    Mint and green tea

Mint and green tea are used in a variety of cosmetic products like face masks, anti-aging creams, emulsions, oils, etc. Regularly using mint and green tea will make your skin healthier and brighter.

    Turn products into a foam

Before applying products directly to the surface of the face, use specially designed net bags to turn them into a foam. Then apply the foam gently to the face.

    Exfoliating and masks

For exfoliation, mix 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and one tablespoon of sandalwood powder. Dip half a sliced tomato in the mixture, and gently scrub your skin with it for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze the tomato to apply the juice, then rinse your face with water.

To prepare a skin whitening mask, grate a potato and strain out the juice. Mix 4 teaspoons of potato juice with 2 teaspoons of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply a thick layer of the mask on your skin and leave it for about 30-40 minutes. Then gently massage for 2-5 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
