It requires a lot of time and effort to keep the bathroom clean, but you can do it the right way and keep on top of it with some very easy methods.
If you do not want to use cleaning chemicals, simply mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide and spray it on the mirror. Then wipe it with a sponge to remove any stains or streaks.
You can also use shaving cream. It not only keeps your glass surfaces shiny, but also prevents the mirror from blurring after you take a hot shower.
One way to get rid of germs from the bathtub is to scrub it with a mixture of 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of rubbing alcohol, and 1/4 cup of water. Add this mixture to four litres of warm water, spread the solution evenly over the dirty areas, let it sit for 15 minutes, and then rinse well. This mixture can also be used to clean the shower.
Mouthwash or toothpaste can be used to clean the toilet. Mix it with water, apply this mixture to the dirty surface, wait for 30 minutes, then scrub it well with the toilet brush and rinse. That will clean the toilet and kill bacteria as well.
You can make your tiles shiny and free from water spots by scrubbing them with a cotton ball soaked in oxygen bleach. Mouthwash or toothpaste can also be employed in this case.
You can remove rust stains with salt and lemon juice. Pour the ingredients directly over the rusted areas. The lemon juice reacts with the rust to dissolve it from the surface, while the salt absorbs the rust stains. Leave the solution overnight, and wash it off in the morning.
To make the bathroom ceiling clean and dust-free, use a mixture of equal parts vinegar and warm water. Dip a mop in the solution, and start cleaning your ceiling. Please remember to wear safety glasses when doing this work.
Mix 500 ml of all-purpose bleach with two tablespoons of dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle. Spray this solution over the entire surface of the curtain, let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse. The bathroom curtain will look like new again.
