    Lemon juice

The vitamin C in lemon juice helps increase collagen and improve skin texture. Apply fresh lemon juice to the marks, leave it for about ten minutes, and then rinse it off. Do this every day to see a marked improvement.

    Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera gel is highly effective for skin problems. Apply the gel to the stretch marks, massage the skin gently for about 10 minutes, and then rinse it away.

    Egg whites

Egg whites are effective for skin problems such as acne, bruises, and wrinkles, as well as stretch marks. High levels of collagen in egg whites help boost cell regeneration, making skin smoother. Stir the egg white, apply it to the skin, wait for it to dry, and then rinse with warm water. Use this remedy every 2-3 days.

    Castor oil

Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, which helps heal stretch marks. High levels of fatty acids replenish moisture, making skin firmer. Gently massage the skin with the oil, cover it with food wrapping paper for 20-30 minutes, then remove the paper and rinse the area. Do this every day for a week to see a clear result.

    Coconut oil

Coconut oil contains lauric acid, which helps cure skin lesions such as scars or stretch marks. Apply the oil to the skin, gently massaging it, but don't wipe it off or rinse it.

    Sugar

Dissolve ½ teaspoon of sugar in water to exfoliate the skin. Sugar not only cleanses and removes dead skin cells, but also helps reduce bruises.

    Vitamin A

Vitamin A helps improve skin pigmentation, which effectively diminishes stretch marks. Provide the body with plenty of vitamin A by eating foods such as fish, vegetables, eggs, carrots, dairy products and liver.

    Water

The simplest way to reduce stretch marks is to drink plenty of water. If you keep hydrated enough, your skin becomes smooth. Not only stretch marks, but wrinkles and dark skin areas will also fade away.
