It can easily be prepared and cooked in less than half an hour, and serves two or three people.
3 chicken legs
20g chilli paste
2g sesame seeds
5g soy sauce
5g sesame oil
350ml vegetable oil
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
60g plain flour
Make the sauce by mixing the chilli paste, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and 15 ml of the vegetable oil.
Rub the salt and pepper into the chicken legs.
Roll the chicken legs in the flour to coat them.
Fry the chicken in a pan with oil for 10 minutes.
Coat the chicken with the sauce, then put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
