Korean Style Barbecue Chicken

This is a simple recipe, but its spicy, sweet, and sour taste offers something a little different for those who are lovers of barbecued chicken.

    It can easily be prepared and cooked in less than half an hour, and serves two or three people.


    • 3 chicken legs

    • 20g chilli paste

    • 10g garlic

    • 2g sesame seeds

    • 25g sugar

    • 5g soy sauce

    • 5g sesame oil

    • 10g vinegar

    • 350ml vegetable oil

    • ¾ tsp salt

    • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

    • 60g plain flour


    • Make the sauce by mixing the chilli paste, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and 15 ml of the vegetable oil.

    • Rub the salt and pepper into the chicken legs.

    • Roll the chicken legs in the flour to coat them.

    • Fry the chicken in a pan with oil for 10 minutes.

    • Coat the chicken with the sauce, then put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
