Yeast in yogurt contains proteins that help soothe your sunburnt skin. Directly apply sugar-free yogurt to sunburnt areas, gently massage them for three to five minutes, leave it on the skin for 15 minutes, and then rinse it off.

    Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can quickly cool down your skin and restore its pH balance. Mix vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio, dip a cotton towel in the mixture, then apply it to your skin. Lactic acids in the vinegar will slough the sunburnt areas off.

    Baking soda

Baking soda creates an alkaline environment that quickly soothes sunburnt skin. It also has an effective antiseptic action. Mix two tablespoons of baking soda with cool water, dip cotton pads in the mixture, and apply them to the sunburnt areas for 10 minutes.

    Aloe vera

Amino acids and anti-inflammatory enzymes in aloe vera have the effects of cooling and regenerating cells for the sunburned areas. Directly apply cool aloe vera gel to the sunburned areas, leave it for 15 minutes, and then rinse it out.

Cucumber can heal skin damage effectively and get back your lost skin complexion. Make thin cucumber slices, apply them to the sunburnt areas, and rinse the areas off after about 10 minutes.
