    Oatmeal is a cereal that is favoured for its amazing beauty benefits. This food is rich in soluble fibre and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular and digestive diseases. Grind the oatmeal and wrap it with a clean cloth. After that, soak it in cold water for a few minutes. Then, every four to five hours, evenly apply it on the skin to give you sunburn relief.

    Apples and honey

    Both apples and honey are rich in antioxidants and vitamins which help regenerate sunburned skin. Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to a blender with 1-2  teaspoons of honey to form a mixture, and then keep it in a refrigerator. After that, apply the mixture on the sunburned skin for about 20 minutes and then rinse it. This will leave the skin regenerated and moisturised

    Coconut oil

    Coconut oil is used not only to make hair shiny but also to improve sunburned skin. By regularly applying one to two drops of coconut oil to the burned area, the sunburn will gradually fade.

    Tea bags

    Do not throw away used tea bags, as they are an excellent antioxidant and can improve the digestive system very well. In addition, tea bags also contribute to sunburn treatment. Put the used tea bags in a refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then place them on the sunburned skin.

    Aloe vera

    Just peel some aloe vera leaves and put them in a freezer. After that, place them on the sunburned skin. This method can completely regenerate your skin.


    Microorganisms in yoghurt help the digestive system work smoothly. However, you can also make sunburned areas clean and cool by applying cool yogurt to the skin for about 20 minutes.
