200g fresh tofu (doufu)
200g sliced pork
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
spring onion, finely chopped, for garnish
fresh coriander, finely chopped, for garnish
Beat the egg.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil, and fry the diced tofu until browned.
Carefully flip the tofu to brown both sides.
Pour in the beaten egg and scramble with a wooden spoon.
Move the tofu aside, add the sliced pork, and fry until it is no longer pink.
Add the oyster sauce and water.
Mix well, and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
