Green beans
High levels of B and C vitamins and antioxidants in green beans can reduce body heat and inflammation, and improve sleep. In addition, they can make your skin beautiful and help prevent premature aging in the body.
Chrysanthemum tea
No one can deny the wonderful benefits of chrysanthemum tea. It does not contain caffeine, keeps the body cool, and works as a sedative. Before sleeping, have a cup of hot chrysanthemum tea to relax your mind and quickly get to sleep.
Banana
Bananas are well-known as a good food for muscles. However, they are rich in vitamins B, C and especially B6, the vitamin producing melatonin hormones. These vitamins aid better sleep.
Yogurt
Yogurt is rich in calcium and minerals, increasing the level of melatonin and tryptophan in the body. It not only helps the digestive system work better, but can also reduce stress and calm the nerves.
Nuts
Almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc. contain plenty of Omega 3 fatty acids, tryptophan and magnesium. These all stimulate the brain to produce serotonin, making you feel comfortable and able to get to sleep more easily.
As well as eating the above foods, avoid foods that are high in fat, greasy, fried, or sweet, and carbonated or caffeinated drinks such as coffee, green tea, and soft drinks.
