    Melbourne Festival

    Free and Ticketed Events at many different venues from 3 to 21 October. Theatre, dance, circus acts, music and visual art to invoke positive change in ourselves, our communities and our world. Featuring the music of Japanese multi-instrumental sound artist Asuna, traditional Vietnamese and Chinese music by cellist Yo-Yo Ma’s Silkroad Ensemble, Tan Dun’s Buddhist-inspired music with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, and much more.     Corridor Carnival

    Saturday 13 October, 11am to 3pm. Enjoy a big day out with the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project! Join us as we celebrate the creation of 22.5 hectares of open space and parkland, the opening of five new stations and the removal of nine level crossings. Live music, roving performers, free food and giveaways, kids’ rides, and activities.
